Romania. I'm talking mostly about therapists in private practice here, who seem to be the lucky ones. I've met worse paid therapists who work in other settings. It's not that Ts aren't paid well in this country though, it's the general issue with most fields of work. I'd say it's actually good pay compared to employees in many fields.
