So would that mean vegans/vegetarians have an eating disorder? Or is it only when they exercise heavily on top of that. Meat and dairy are gross and I refuse to eat them. Plus, I get a lot more calcium and protein avoiding meat and dairy than I ever did eating meat and dairy.
Are they cutting fruits and vegetables too? Otherwise, I find it difficult to see how they're not getting enough nutrients (unless they're lacking protein while body-building…but that would happen with any diet. That's why there are protein shakes).
