     Thanks Eskie, for your comments. Yes, I def agree that there's a lot of folk who honestly DON'T have ed's, but who do share most of these views. It's almost impossible to eat the way we would really like to, unless we actually grow/raise all of our own food source. I'm even horrified about whats in my doggies food, but I'm working on that. Boiled chicken breast once a day (free range maize fed), fresh veg (it says organic). Dried food is an excellent range here in the UK called ''raw nature''. It's totally additive free, no nothing except free range animals/arable from their own farm (which you can visit) with a short shelf life (good thing). I do suffer (if that's the right word, Orthorexia, though the official DX is ''atypical anorexia'' BUT I severely restrict these days due to IBS and diverticulitis. I agree with your comments on everything really Eskie. We have to find our own way, which suites our lifestyle and keeps us healthy. I don't mind my ''lable'', I have a few!!!!!!!!!! HUGZZ and LOVES. XXXXXXX
