Are they cutting fruits and vegetables too? Otherwise, I find it difficult to see how they're not getting enough nutrients (unless they're lacking protein while body-building…but that would happen with any diet. That's why there are protein shakes).

Hi. Thanks for your comments. No, def not normally - vegans/vegies I mean. I don't eat any meat or any loosely animal related 'stuff', well, as far as I know! It's very hard to trust what's written on packets etc. Guess we can only do our best by ourselves really. My friend has vegan doggies and cats and their health is incredible, you can actually SEE how well they are!! So, as animals can't be effected by the whole 'hard sell healthy', it's obvious it's genuinely good!! HUGZZ and LOVES. xxxxxxxxxxx
