I am 39 and I did not do it til I was about 28 I think. Somewhere around there. I went through another severe trauma that was the last straw I guess. I was in a lot of pain and my nerves hurt really bad and I went to the hospital and they would not help me. They referred me to a Psychologist. I said I need a medical doctor, a neurologist. So they insisted other wise. So I bolted...in extreme pain being in a trauma and being in physical pain in my arms and everywhere. I cut my arm and had to get about 10 stitches. I was treated like garbage and continued. ...but I did not go back to the hospital. Where I probably should of went about 10 times after that. I just tape it together myself.
...about a few years ago I started punching myself in the head and face. I am 39 now.
