I'm working hard everyday to build a new foundation for myself, self esteem wise.
I got this whole packet I'm working on.
I'm on the step where I write down good things I have done everyday. Then I write what good attribute or attributes that says I have.
I'm trying to maintain a positive outlook and an open mind and really "feel what I write about myself"..like I'm an observer studying myself from the outside.
It helps me gain perspective on everything and slowly my self esteem rises. I can feel it and as it rises, I gain power.
