I am now back on Li 900mg, but but when I went cold turkey off that dose last year, there were no crashes. I agree with you that it seems situational. I wouldn't go back just because of a situational thing. I had to go back on Li in September because I became hypomanic due to taking Elavil (and old AD I take in low doses for sleep and migraine prevention and not for depression, but still it is an AD). You are taking an AD and a MS. Lithium was your second MS. I certainly would wait and deal with the situation before considering going back on the SECOND mood stabilizer.
