I left my journal once - I was really anxious at the end of the session and just wanted out, and I had set my journal on the table. I grabbed my purse and phone and left. T saw it when I was halfway down the hallway and called out to me, so I went back and got it.

I've almost left my jacket a couple of times, just because it's not something I normally bring in with me unless it's really cold. I usually realize if I've forgotten that and turn around and go back for it right away. I've never actually left the building before either T or I realize that I've forgotten something.
