Yes I have bawled and sobbed in a session,twice. The first time I was talking about by CSA and I just couldn't take it and my T got up from her chair handed me a box a tissue and sat next to me rubbing my leg. I was shaking really badly. She did end up tearing up because I was in so much pain over it all and felt like I was reliving it all.

Last session I also bawled my eyes out and T sat next to me and held me for awhile. She did not cry but it was a hard session for sure. I literally cried the entire last session. She didn't cry then but I guess I just really needed to get all of that out.

I'm glad you're going to be able to see T again. I hope the session goes well
