My hubby has litter detail at our house. You can imagine what a chore scooping up after 7 cats is. He keeps on it because he's made it part of his morning and bedtime routine. He said if he didn't keep to a set schedule he'd never do it but after awhile it just became automatic.

If you have the money you could try an automatic scooping litter box. I will say I've known people that have had them and none of them were very impressed with how they worked.

Good luck finding a solution that works for you.
