Raspberry leaf tea has been shown to help ease symptoms of the pain and cramping associated with uterus for with PMS, periods, and endometriosis. It does not affect the formation of endometrial implants, adhesions, or the prevention of it. Evening primose rose oil (comes in capsules) also helps block prostaglandins to ease with cramping and bloating as well.

Thank you for your reply! I am considering the mirena, but first I need to see my neurologist and make sure it won't affect my seizure medication. I read good things about the mirena, but I never had one before so it makes me nervous.
