I, too, have panic. Mine is Panic Disorder, among other diagnosis'. The ativan wasn't strong enough for me. I take xanax and some other meds.
Do you have a pdoc and therapist? Talk to your pdoc about what's happening. See what he/she can do for you.
It sounds like you have a fantastic family. I hope your pdoc can help you so that things are better for all of you.
