That's such a sick design, but first off what kind of job do you plan to get? If you're going into a professional field I would get just one or maybe get something else? I have several piercings done and one of them is a small septum piercing and I alway get compliments on it and flip it up for work since I'm in the healthcare field.

Also getting multiple piercings is easy, just more money. I got two upper helix piercings at the same time
