Im on Tegretol for my Bipolar and now we are resucing my effexor as my Pdoc says although it is an SRNI it acts more like an SSRI at a lower dose of 70mg and might help with my Pure O and musical hallucinosis.

If that doesnt work we are going to try Cymbalta
