I haven't been sleeping much the past few days. I get extra spacey when that happens , so I forgot my meds yesterday :O if I miss one dose, it really screws me up. I guess this is typical?
I've been having intense migraines and a tingly sensation all through my head and neck . I've read (especially on here ) that's typical for missing a dose of lamictal. I can't make it through the work day without caffeine today, for sure.
Just venting, I'll be OK in a few days. Thanks for reading
