To report any chat room issues, a copy of the chat transcript or at the very least, a date/time of the issue and what chat room it took place in should be forwarded to a Community Support Team member.
We will then look into the issue and if we find that action needs to be taken, then we will take it. It will be done privately as all our communication with members is done.
As for the other issues with creating rooms and passwords, that would be for DocJohn to answer. He's the go-to guy for that kind of issue.
