I have and I go right into mania but mostly depression. This disease is horrific...I hardly know anymore when it's happening. My mixed moods have been going on for 5 months...after a relatively 15 year stability ( not saying there weren't times) but I have recognized the signs but doesn't help if you stay in it and can't seem to shake it. I'm so depressed
