Someone that I met here told me about a song called Razor by Foo Fighters (you tube it - the live in concert version is amazing).

Clearly the emotion, the relief, the release, the intensity - it all comes through in this song.

And listening to it, while holding a razor........ wow.......... my right hip is mighty raw right now.
