I am sorry that this has become a problem for you

If you are in therapy or under the care of a Psychiatrist, at your Local Behavioral Health Clinic you may have a Case Manager or Counceller as well. In speaking with them Via the phone or in person,(I am not sure how you do it)you can speak with them about picking up groceries for you if you make a list or they can get a food box to you.
I do not drive and when I was very ill my Case Manager did this for me on a monthly basis she even picked up my meds for me.
Also, your local DES (Department of Economic Security)office should be able to help as well. Here in Tucson,Az they are the ones that provide Food Stamps,Health Care,Childcare and Disability Payments. They also have people that can help you. Along with Churches and as January mentioned Salvation Army.
