thanks yall for all of the replies.. I exercise regularly atleast 4 times a week for about 30min to an hour.. cardio...i've limited the carbs and sugar intake... sometimes I just feel to eat more though. I checked my sugar level after exercising and it was at 72.. normal ? i find it was too low... anyways my past 3 fasting test showed a 96-97 average... and I've lost weight I'm 5'7 at 140 pounds. just my pcos symptoms are acting up a little more now... acne.. with the most bothersome. I don't have frequent urination or thirst... I used to eat alot before my dawn of awareness and pretty late in the night I just hope I dont have to pay for my moments of ignorance. Lastly.. my dad has been recently diagnosed with diabetes and my grandmother from my mother side died from it... my mom doesn't have it however.. and I am the only one so far with pcos in my family. sigh.
