Actually, I do have Meniere's. I can get vertigo on a shag carpet! hehehe... The accident where I was disabled occurred in a very loud turbine engine area... and the incident included head trauma that also knocked my hearing protection off, which is why I have hearing loss from both problems. (The hit on the head, and the thunderous sound )

Yes, some days I can't hear a thing. I learned ASL because of my need to communicate when that happens...if.. but I usually can't go anywhere because that's also when the vertigo won't let me move my head.

But one doesn't have to totally give in to it. I hope everyone keeps seeking their comfort levels and work to find the foods and drinks and activities that provoke it. TC!
