Does xanax help immediately? My doctor gave me a prescription of xanax to help me with stress that I'm having. I have an interview next week and I'm very anxious and stressed. Will it help? Only thing is will it make me groggy in the morning? Will it also make me forget to say things? I just need something that will relax me and not make me nervous .
