I don't read hundreds of diet tips for depression ,I can go on the internet and find threads to contary each other all day, eating something you don't like wont make you happy, you can eat healthy without missing out on fav foods, have a full English fry up . but grill it instead of using fat. Grill instead of fry all my meat is done on BQ rain or shine you don't have to eat it outside. just cut down on the portions and you will notice the difference , without eating stop you hate because its healthy.
