There is "unhealthy" as in fried, with lots of fat... but it's still food. Most of Czech cousine is "unhealthy" but it's actually still food and will not harm you in small amounts. Now you have junk food, all the instant foods and *food* that is basically nothing but chemicals... that is bad.
Cutting out the outrageous stuff will not harm you. And in long term it will not harm your dolce vita when it comes to food, because you will actually be able to enjoy real food more. If you stop putting sugar in your tea, you will discover that tea has many other flavours then "sugary".
You can enjoy the healthy food. Or real food at least. Honestly, when i have the time and chance, I prefer to cook for myself then buy some finished food. I can add what I like. Use all the hot sauce I want...

You are right about junk food, to eat like that every day would be crazy , but a mcdonalds burger has a treat now an then may lift your mood if a meat eater, I like to eat fries but long gone is the day I cook them in fat , just bang in oven fries now ,
