Because you are so behind you don't know how much research has been done on the mind body connection. Seratonin, for example, is effected by medicines you take AND nutrition. It lives in the GUT. It's makes absolute sense to talk about nutrition, the gut and med options together.
If I want to know how ssri's work in the brain and how they differ from other meds you are the local expert. But I wouldn't expect any reliable information about how microbes and seratonin in the gut interact with the brain. That doesn't give you the right to decide what should or should not be discussed in somebody else's thread. It is unfair to continue to hijack threads like this too.
