Hi. I've had this problem as well. I would be grocery shopping and start crying at random things. And I can't wear sunglasses everywhere lol. What helped me it to take deep breaths and repeat a mantra like this will pass, I'm going to be ok or I choose not to cry. Also, it helps if you can picture a happy event or a family pet - something nice. When I'm alone I've found that it's cathartic to just bawl! Let it all out. I think it reduced my crying in public and felt good to let it all out. I've spent too many years stuffing my feelings down.
