Interesting. Hadn't heard that and it would be good to know I do know the original manufacturer says that anything above the highest recommended dose has no therapeutic value. That's probably what he means. I think taking more than what is therapeutic simply adds more side effects and more risk of memory loss. Maybe that is his thought process. I'd like to come off it if I can in the next two years.
