Your doc prolly gave you the lowest dose it comes in, 2.5mg, which you might not even notice does any thing. I don't feel relief until I reach .5mg and 1mg is perfect, but everyone is different. For me benzos are like aspirins, only instead of taking them for a headache, I take them for stress, and like aspirins I feel nothing except the relief of pain.
