I was so angry this past week, I doubled my right fist up and punched myself in the head. I left knots and the bruise is still visible.

I had to say I was by a household door.

Before I punched myself in the head, I had already pounded it over and over again with the palm of my hand. It sent a wave of stunned fury through my head and altered my vision briefly.

Who does this!!

I wish all the positive things about me out shined the negative.
