I want to welcome you too our little place. I am glad you found us. I hope you will find here the support you need to aid you in stopping this behavior. I know how hard it is too stop. Everyone here is trying and together we find support and hope. I think the most important thing is to figure out what is lying under the behavior. I look at SI as a symptom of a larger problem. It is also addictive so as I resolve that larger problem that lies beneath I also have deal with the addictive SI behavior. It is a tricky business. I am so glad I have all the people here to give me a helping hand and a supportive shoulder to lean on. Do you have therapist you are seeing? What does she/he think of your difficulty?
