Starting at 5mg of celexa....but will likely move up to a more effective dosage. As for the valium, yeah I think I either needs something a little more powerful or at least a higher dosage of valium that will actually help and maybe the option to use it twice a day as needed...I wouldn't actually use it twice a day probably as I don't have overwhelming anxiety every day but some days it is really bad.
Also I am not familier with paracetamol but I imagine if i only needed a third that is what I'd go with....but then again something for a headache is quite a bit different from anti-depressants.
