i pretty much eat what i want, but over the years my dau-in-law has become very selective about what she eats. from her new dietary habits i've learned a few things, & wondered if anyone else had considered or experienced any connection btwn anxiety symptoms & things such as aspartame, msg, high fructose corn syrup etc.
i kinda figure caffeine & sugar are the most obvious 'culprits', but am up for any feedback in this area.
