What kind of therapist do I need? I have a smattering of symptoms of add, depression, and schizophrenia, but am still more or less functional, just not soaring through the skies, which is where I want to be. I'm struggling to get by, digging into savings, barely active in my career, and haven't produced anything in months. I'm worried that if I see a therapist, I'll just be paying hundreds of dollars to have someone tell me to meditate, exercise, and eat healthier. But the problem is that it feels like there's this barrier preventing me from attaining even that lifestyle. So I don't know what kind of therapy or attention addresses *that* problem. Does that exist?
