Thanks; i'll check it out! I had a health eval for work recently and the highest my BP gets (when not anxious) is ~122/81. I've actually recently had my thyroid tested (for other reasons) and so it honestly may be the food! Tea (from work specifically) can run it up to 119-126 easy. Good idea! Thanks
