Hello there.
Recently, I've come to realised that I tend to have various of thoughts at one time while I'm trying to focus on something.
Because of this, I couldn't concentrate much on my studies and sometimes the thoughts have sidetracked me from doing something.
Some thoughts are just inappropriate while some based on what happened to me during the day or the past few days.
Is this over thinking or something else?
Please help.
I'm kinda scared with this condition that I have.
