I was wondering, what is your job like? No one interacts with each other? Could you sit next to someone at lunch and try to start a conversation? For me it's hard sometimes to start a conversation without feeling awkward or extremely anxious, but sometimes it's just ease to ask, do you mind if I sit here? And see where it goes.
