Kelly Brook is gorgeous, my man likes her too. I'm not jealous though, I used to be when I was younger. Now my self esteem is higher.
I still get wobbly moments, then I say my positive mantras over and over (I am enough I am always enough). Say them often enough and they work, a sort of brainwashing I suppose.
