Ahh. In the case of mental, I've found that, if you don't treat it then you may fall into the crack between the dead and the living and that is just not a fun place to be.

Therapy is definitely a good thing to look into and try. You don't even need to be on medication if they don't recommend it but it's nice to have a place to vent with a professional to help move your thoughts and brain processes into a healthier wavelength
