Hi UN, sounds like it's the people/person running the group who's struggling a lot more than you are taking it then!
Good thing you're challenging them if they need to look at reviewing their techniques a bit more!!
Doesn't necessarily mean that it won't help though, if you can clearly explain your difficulties to them and they can make it a bit more person-centered for you (and the others!).
But I'd always say don't at all feel uncomfortable, or that there's anything wrong with you, in raising that you don't "get something" in a group, there may well be two or three (four in your case! ) others who are thinking exactly the same thing but just too afraid to say what you're saying!! So speak up, and get that group to be the best it can be!!
