Not very well actually. I take Effexor 75mg, Lamactal 40mg, and Remeron. The remeron is mainly to help me sleep at night. Higher doses of effexor mess up my sleep patterns big time. County mental health where I am will not give out
benzo's or very rarely. He did give me 15 Klonopin and they worked but now what....
I have been to pyshotherapy for years but am not currently seeing anyone. I have very treatment resistant depression. Meds have never worked that good. Sometimes I wonder why i stay on them but have never seriously considered going off. The problem is the episodes of depression come more frequently last longer and are more severe. When I am feeling better the anxiety hits. They used to only last three weeks at a time about three times a year. The last bad one I has lasted 6 months.
