and you are right, now I do not feel comfortable telling her things, I do not trust her and it is really leading to ineffective therapy.

She also dismissed that I may have BPD/Bipolar within the first hour (i know i am not bipolar but think I may have BPD) and that irritates me too because then I am receiving the help I need.

I see her today and I really don't think one hour is going to be enough for all I have to say to her. I just hope I can hold it together and not get too angry or irritated with her. If tonight doesn't go well I will start looking for someone new.
