Once, a client canceled an appointment and T deleted me from the calendar.

Another time, T handed me a sheet with all of my payment history and said, "Here is the financial documents you asked for." I never asked for any documents. T looked so puzzled and said, "You never asked me for this?" Poor T.

The T has not forgotten my family history, however, or why I'm there.
