I've just been given the same message basically. As long as I'm around, you're not going anywhere but up.

BTW I have PTSD too, it's being bandied around my shrink's office. The scary part is people don't see me as mentally ill. I've got three of them: depression, borderline personality disorder and PTSD...related to the hospitals which can help me! It's a miracle I'm still here, with all I've got on my plate. So if I'm not going anywhere, neither are you, my friend.
