I have case managed people for many years. Many of them with similar issues, and many of them very unique. Even sometimes some of them reminded me of others, I never told them that because of the pre-concieve ideas of what certain conditions are. I think there are many other approaches to "shock" somebody out of denial.

Let her know that it makes you uncomfortable. She'll get the message.
