Sometimes God just calls us to rest in His will for our lives. He gives us faith to keep trusting in Him even when we don't understand what He is doing in our lives.

My friend sent me a really wonderful devotional for Christmas, called Streams in the Desert. If you can find a copy, pick one up. It is wonderful, and deals with trusting God in the midst of suffering.

I have been using food to comfort me. I also enjoy nature.

If you have a good T -- that is a great blessing. I think he is just trying to encourage you to identify your areas of comfort in your life right now.
