What do you do if you can NOT build an even decent physique (I am an ectomorph) AND suffer from hair loss too? (I also have tried everything to solve that too?)

For what happens when the guy who has a nice personality, muscles, and hair comes along?? No need to answer that one..I already know...been there many times!
