I find the vitamins work, I had severe anxiety it takes a week or so for the vitamin B complex to work you have to take it with vitamin C it helps it absorb better. Check out websites on these vitamins it explains it all. Doing research on anxiety really helps, it is easier to go thru something when you understand it. Also when you are having anxiety in bed let your mind focus on what your thinking,let it happen don't try to not think about it. Allow the thought to come,pay attention to it for 1/2 a minute then push it aside. Cognitive Behaviour therapy really helps. good luck from someone who has been there.....god bless.
