Do you have a ditch outside that you can lie down flat in and be below ground level? Tornadoes don't actually come all the way down to the ground with the mass wind, but just above it, if you are below the average terrain in a ditch, odds are it won't directly affect you. You can still be hit by other objects though, but alive
If you won't go outside, then go to the SouthWest corner of your home...lowest floor. It's an amazing fact, but if anything is left of your home, odds are it will be the SW corner of it.
Now, remember, tornadoes usually cut a very narrow swath across the land...for a very short time.
