If you are using the therapist directory by Psychology Today, try the search options "sexual addictions" or "men's issues." That might get you closer to providers with experience in the area you are looking for. (A while back, I was curious what "men's issues" meant and looked at the websites of a few providers who had listed that as their specialty. One website stated that the therapist helped men with "shadow aspects of their sexuality.")

You could also look for Ts who are willing to work with sex offenders. Not because anything you do is criminal or "bad", but because they have experience working with maladaptive sexually-motivated behaviors.
