I had CBT, and it didn't do much for me either. I've had to stop now after 14 sessions, but I think it's good that I've stopped. I think I need to find another therapist with a different approach - the therapist was right for me, so right, but it was just the type of therapy...
CBT isn't for everyone. I'd advise you to find a different type of therapy, similar to the therapist you saw in In-Patient. Don't just go back to CBT. It doesn't work for you.
I also agree with HazelGirl, and not to be harsh, I don't mean to be, but if CBT hasn't worked for you, why have you gone back? Why didn't you address the fact that therapy wasn't working for you IN your actual sessions?
